Cancellation Policy
All Sales Are Final: Once purchased, all lesson sales are non-refundable. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled lesson. Rescheduling requests made within this time frame will be accommodated based on availability. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled lesson without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited, and the lesson will not be rescheduled. Lesson Access: The link to your lesson will be sent to the email provided during booking. Please ensure the email is accurate to avoid any delays. Special Requests: If you have specific topics or areas you’d like to focus on, please let us know during the booking process. While we cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled, we will do our best to accommodate them.
