Policies & Procedures:

• All sales are final. No refunds on instrumentals or mixing & mastering services.

• All mixing & mastering payments are due upon the time of the order being placed, this will guarantee your mix session being booked.

• If you purchase a mix & master and in the super rare occasion you do not like the mix after your accredited revisions you will be given 1 mix & master credit for another song of your choice.

• All custom mix & master packages must be paid upfront to receive bulk discount - No exceptions.

• All mixing sessions are non-sit in sessions. IF you require to be at the session for the mixing process I do offer sit in revision sessions but nothing from the initial start of the mixing session to ensure my 100% best abilities while mixing & mastering your music.
