Online Beginners Guide to ProTools

This two day "Beginners guide to ProTools" will be hosted by Nate "Dynasty On The Mix" Hill, who has over 10+ years experience recording artists everyday in Protools in a professional setting. Nate will walk you through using the DAW, understanding the edit and mix windows in Protools, how to properly set up for recording, how to record audio, editing audio, basic understanding of compression and equalization, uses of reverb and delays, song format and arrangment and exporting your final idea. 

The first day we will focus on the program/DAW and the many menus and options in the program along with recording your own audio and editing that audio in the program which will lead into the next days lesson.

The second day we will focus on song arrangement, basic mixing techniques using compression, equalization, volume, panning, reverb and delays, & last we will go over export options and how to properly export files for different situations.
