For information on exporting stems in Protools please read ALL of the text below and then click on the instructional video at the bottom to export your stems.
ALWAYS remove all effects, equalizers, compressors and limiters when you export your stems. If you have a instrument with an effect you would like to keep, thats fine but please remove any limiters on that track. Vocals must be completely dry with no effects, equalizers, compressors or limiters. Also Please make sure you name your tracks/stems accordlingly and in order.
Please Export your stems in WAV format to the folder you have created
For the Bit Depth/Rate always choose either 16 or 24 (Please only choose the bit rate your recordings are in or lower, if you choose a lower bit rate than your recording you can ruin quality of the file)
Export a Reference MP3 Of your mix or a similar song/sound so we have an idea of what sound you are aiming for. Also add a Text Document with containing the Song Title, Artist Name(s), Songwriters Name(s), Producers Name(s), Tempo, Genre, the Service you would like to order & any notes you want to include for the mixing process, including your name & contact information.
